職位描述：

• 全面負責統籌集團人力資源及行政各項管理工作；
• 帶領集團人力資源及行政團隊制定及完善各項規章制度；
• 協助各業務板塊及分、子公司打造專業高效的業務團隊；
• 優化及提升集團人力資源信息化管理水平；
• 統籌管理集團企業文化落地。

職位要求：

•  學士或以上學歷, 人力資源或其他相關管理專業；
•  至少10年或以上工作經驗為佳；
•  多元化集團整體管控經驗，有負責人經歷更佳；
•  具體系化思維及全局觀管理意識；
•  溝通能力強，具備預期管理能力；
•  具體職級視候選人經驗和能力而定，經理/高級經理/總監；
•  經驗較優者可考慮為總監；
•  可即時入職者將被優先考慮。
