Job Description - Human Resources and Administration Manager

Responsibilites:

HR Function

  • LMA (Leading, Managing and hold people Accountable)
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Compensation and incentive management
  • Culture development (staff training, development and motivation)
  • Staff relationships
  • Maintain employee employment records and attendance records
  • HR policy
  • Employees performance review
  • HR strategic planning

Admin Function

  • Manage IT subcontractor operation.
  • Office and Director’s events and meeting management (including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions)
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Director PA duties
    • Director’s schedule administration
    • Director’s personal tasks

Competencies:

  • At least 10 years experience in HR, admin and IT related position, amongst at least 5 years experiences in manager.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill and good at resolving conflicts.
  • Open and honest, Get tasks done, Continuously improvement, Share and collaboration, Efficiency, Organization and planning, Proactivity, Accountable,
  • Leadership and team player
  • Proficient computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
