Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR administration and operation support in training and development, recruitment, and other general duties assigned by Head of HR / supervisors
- Deliver HR administration support in external training applications and departmental in-house training
- Support new join staff monthly eLearning training setup & keep the attendance record updated
- Assist to handle related logistics/ provide general support for internal training programs
- Support daily administration work of staff medical insurance plan
- Follow up outstanding documents from new join staff and send out email notification / related guidelines to new staff
- Deliver administration support in the recruitment process including interview arrangements, etc.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of HR / supervisors
- Maintain eLeave record accurately and comply with internal & external regulatory requirements
- Monitor sick leave status, check closely if the staff have input proper leave record in system
- Update HR manpower records and training records accurately and timely
- Ensure daily HR operations are in compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and other related laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in HRM or business related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferably
- Detail-minded, pleasant and good communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
