Job Description - Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources and administrative support to the department
  • Maintain & update HRIS database, including personal file and leave records
  • Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics
  • Manage insurance & license renewal such as Employees’ Compensation, Group Medical, Group Personal 
  • Provide general office administrative support
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties / projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline is an advantage
  • Fresh-grads are also welcome
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, proactive, good team player with good problem-solving skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
