Human Resources Specialist

Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal ('CCT'), Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited (‘CPCS’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).

People Department, Cathay Subsidiary Services provides services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.

Responsibilities :

• Assist Manager to act as a business partner role to provide advice on human resources issues.
• To provide onboarding experience for new joiners via staff orientation programme, terminal tour, networking etc.
• Plan, develop and coordinate different company campaigns and events to engage employees including but not limited to employee relation activities, CSR programme, wellness programme, annual dinner and etc.
• Prepare various human resource related report e.g. headcount, KPI dashboards, analytics and etc.
• Other ad-hoc project as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or Communications or other business related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in employee relation, staff engagement, event management and communication at sizable companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with good influencing skills.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
