Information content operation management position

Responsibilities

1. Have accurate judgment on news, information and other content businesses, have strong experience in project management and personnel management, and be able to flexibly and deeply collaborate with industry, research and operations to promote the implementation of operations and growth strategies, improve user experience, and obtain growth benefits 2 , Responsible for business delivery quality, quality inspection, data analysis and other tasks. Through data monitoring and analysis, identify personnel execution/product/process and other issues, and lead team members to complete business goals 3. Able to learn from authors/users/strategies, etc. Dimensionally monitor content quality and ecological style, update and supplement content standards, and ensure the ecological balance of multiple roles such as creators, consumers, and platforms 4. Responsible for team on-site management, compliance management, cultural construction, and personnel recruitment and training. Development and other management work, be able to accurately identify team problems and take corresponding measures in a timely manner to continuously improve the team's professional capabilities and delivery level.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with 3 or more years of relevant work experience in editing, reporting, product operations, strategic analysis, rule formulation, etc. , more than 2 years of team management experience, able to independently complete business coordination and delivery, experience in operation-related business management is preferred 2. Have certain data sensitivity and data analysis capabilities, and have strong operational thinking, project management and logical summary capabilities , able to quickly locate problems and extract high-value information from data, and output analysis reports 3.
