Job Description - International e-commerce

Responsibilities

< /div>1. Focus on the life cycle of platform buyers and ARPU improvement. Cooperate with UG/DS/category teams to match consumer demand with category growth and platform mechanisms to achieve strategic implementation across categories, functions and product areas. Improve the lifetime value of platform buyers 2. Strategy design: Through user data analysis, stratification, and behavioral insights, formulate overall and segmented buyer lifetime value, purchase frequency, PRP, PRD, UE and other related matrices and baselines, Determine business growth goals, analyze the reasons for low purchase frequency or even loss of buyers, formulate user reach and incentive strategies for recall/increasing frequency, and ultimately achieve the goal of user indicator improvement and growth 3. Buyer segmentation: work closely with the UG team Cooperate to define buyer segmentation, target user profiles, related classifications and promotion mechanisms, and jointly develop various strategies to drive customer flow 4. Category growth and cross-category purchasing: Build a single-category user segmentation system to target new customers in the category Different business goals such as growth, revitalization and frequency of old customers, and recall of lost customers are formulated to formulate strategies for growth, event promotion, user rights, supply undertaking, and channel undertaking. And through category combination shopping guides and promotions, cross-category related purchases are leveraged to increase the life cycle value of regular customers on the platform.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience leading the buyer segmentation, growth and retention strategies of centralized e-commerce platforms Relevant buyer growth project experience 2. Have experience working with user growth teams, cross-category, cross-platform channel, cross-functional and cross-product area teams 3. Have strategic and operational management capabilities in large organizations, and strong leadership skills 4. Strong data analysis skills and structured thinking, hypothesis-verification driven, data-based, goal-oriented 5. Strong learning and communication skills to clarify business strategies and resource needs 6. Willing to travel/assign, and have international experience Applicants with a diverse work/study background are preferred 7. Applicants who are proficient in English and have local language skills in Southeast Asia are preferred.
