Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Philippine marketing activity IP-related work, formulating quarterly/annual activity plans based on platform business priorities and planning driving the growth of core indicators 2. Integrating internal and external platform resources, planning and executing effective marketing IP models and How to play, build the minds of merchants and users 3. Deeply understand the needs of merchants and consumers, continue to iterate activity plans based on market insights, enhance the market impact of platform IP activities, conduct phased reviews of specific modules, and iterate rules and work 4. Have strong integration and project execution management capabilities, and collaborate efficiently with various departments to achieve event goals.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of marketing planning experience, familiar with platform gameplay, and those with experience in large-scale platform integrated marketing and event operations are preferred 2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and those with overseas study/work experience will be preferred 3. Have good brand insight and creative perspective, and have a certain understanding and judgment of the overseas e-commerce market 4. Be proactive in work, Strong self-drive and execution ability, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork awareness, able to quickly adapt to changes.
