Responsibilities

1. Program Planning: Responsible for the content planning and program formulation of Tik Tok game live broadcast operations, with in-depth insight into the development trends and user needs of the game and live broadcast industries, and the ability to improve business indicators through event design 2. Data Analysis: Based on a deep understanding of the business and data analysis, output complete and effective activity analysis, and iterate activity planning ideas 3. Project management: responsible for the whole process project management from event planning to effect review, do a good job in process risk management, progress management and process optimization, and improve the efficiency of project promotion 4. Communication and collaboration: as a connector between the middle platform and the region, work closely with product, regional operation, ecological security and other teams to improve the work efficiency of regional operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience in content, activities, live broadcast, games and related fields 2. Familiar with platform-based content products, familiar with live broadcast products, and have good product insight and strategic thinking. 1. Have a deep understanding, insight and sensitivity to live broadcasting methods, live broadcasting activities and popular culture of the entire network 2. Have gaming experience or live broadcasting experience, and be familiar with the game player group or live broadcasting user group 3. Have rich experience in project planning and coordination, have the ability to disassemble complex problems, excellent logical thinking and communication and collaboration skills, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments to promote the smooth progress of projects 4. Have a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation, be willing to accept challenges, and be able to maintain a good working state under great pressure 5. Can use English as a working language, and being able to use Japanese as a working language will be a significant plus.
