Responsibilities
1. Monitor and analyze subsidy ROI, and output strategic recommendations based on the conclusions to effectively promote ROI improvement 2. In-depth research on international advertising dynamics and creative supply trends, output product, pricing, and subsidy recommendations, and assist in improving creative supply efficiency 3. Carry out special research, conduct in-depth analysis of business issues, and provide key support for business decision-making and early business exploration 4. Follow up key products and subsidy projects, and conduct resource measurement and input-output evaluation.
Qualifications
1. Have overseas work/study/life experience, and be proficient in Chinese & English at work 2. Have consulting (advertising, service provider, creativity) work experience 3. Collaborate with multiple businesses and accelerate the progress of the plan through efficient communication, and have rich cross-team work experience 4. Have good structured thinking ability, clear logic, and good at solving complex problems 5. Be sensitive to data, and be able to look at market trends rationally and macroscopically and find opportunities 6. Have strong project management and execution capabilities, and be goal- and result-oriented 7. Strong self-motivation, strong learning ability, and strong stress resistance.
