Investment Manager

Brightoil Petroleum (Holdings) Limited , is a fast growing company listed in Hong Kong Exchange (Stock 0933 HK) and specializes in the energy business (including marine bunkering, oil storage terminal, marine transportation as well as upstream oil & gas exploitation & production). With our fully integrated up and down stream businesses and complete supply chain network, we provide quality products and services to our customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and identify private equity /direct investment opportunities
• Assist in the negotiation and execution of private equity, investment projects
• Communicate with different partner investors about the projects update
• Monitor the project progress, cash flow and operation smoothly
• To assist in the preparation of project’s financial cash flow forecasting, budgeting, conduct research and risk assessment
• To maintain a good relationship with investors and business partners
• To conduct market comparable analysis for valuation purposes, and develop sensitive & scenario analysis to drive return and various model assumptions

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Investment or a related discipline
• Professional qualifications of CFA is a must
• Sound knowledge in SFO and relevant regulatory framework
• Process of 8 years’ proven experience in Private Equity & Primary Market investment management
• Strong research, financial modeling, analytical and valuation skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with senior management effectively
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
