IR Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to communicate our company's value proposition effectively.

2. Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

3. Prepare and present investor-facing materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and fact sheets.

4. Coordinate and manage all aspects of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

5. Analyze market trends and investor feedback to inform corporate strategy and messaging.

6. Maintain and enhance relationships with key institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.

7. Oversee the company's online investor relations presence, including the IR website and social media channels.

8. Work closely with the executive team to develop and communicate financial guidance and long-term strategic goals.

9. Monitor and report on competitor IR activities and best practices.

10. Manage the investor relations budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, with Equity research or MBB experience is a plus. Experience in the real estate research is a plus.

3. Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

6. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required due to the regional focus of our investor base.
