Job Duties : 

-Data entry for service report

-Provide accurate reports on all activities performed at repair service on a daily, weekly and/ or monthly basis.(by Excel)

-Process monitoring for onsite repair service

-Phone care with customer

-Work with the operation team to establish, document and maintain the build process

-Can manage and prioritise large volumes of orders

Requirement:

HKCEE / DSE or above

At least 1 year work experience in Customer Service or Administrative work

Knowledge is using MS Office (Word and Excel)

Good communication in Cantonese
