We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our organization and oversee the implementation and management of our information technology systems. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in unifying our IT infrastructure, streamlining processes, and supporting our ongoing business operations, events, and projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to meet their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess Current IT Infrastructure:

• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our current IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Identify areas for improvement, automation, and streamlining processes.

2. Develop and Implement IT Solutions:

• Recommend and implement IT solutions that align with the organization's vision, mission, and annual planning.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, including project management, system design, and user training.

3. Manage IT Policies and Procedures:

• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures related to contracts, finance, document flow, and cybersecurity.

4. Internal Communications and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various teams to understand their IT requirements and provide technical support.
• Manage internal communications systems, including intranet, email, messaging, and video conferences.

5. File Sharing and Document Management:

• Implement efficient file sharing systems for internal and external collaboration.
• Ensure proper archiving and document management practices are in place.

6. Cybersecurity and Data Backup:

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Implement regular data backup procedures to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.

7. Project Management Tools:

• Assist set up and maintenance of project management tools such as ClickUp/Monday.com to support effective project management across the organization.

8. Change Management and Training:

• Lead change management initiatives related to IT systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate or office administration setting.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in change management and managing project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with can-do attitude, ability to work positively under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
