IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects from initiation, planning, business case creation, approval, execution, till closure;
• Analyze business and user requirements and propose solutions;
• Develop project plans, SOW, design specifications, WBS, schedule, documentation, progress report, and status update meeting;
• Manage, prioritize projects and resources. Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline;
• Manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and report the project progress effectively; and
• Overlook projects implementation, manage all the potential risks proactively and recommend mitigating measures if required.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in computing, of which at least 3 years at project management position;
• Proven experience in managing process revamp, upgrade, IT projects or vendor management for project delivery;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a must;
• Self-motivated, good analytical skills, pro-active, strong ownership, able to work under pressure and deal with tight project timeline;
• Innovative with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua; and
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager
