IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Involve in the implementation and commissioning of IPTV/ System/ Network/CCTV/ AV projects
• Provide technical support to the customers on System/ Networking software and hardware
• Provide the installation/ configuration/ monitoring of system
• Provide system regular operation support on business user enquiries and production problems
• Handle fault calls, emergency call out support service is required
• Draft technical guideline, manual and handle project documentations
• Require off site support
• Perform other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT/ Networking/ Broadcast/ Computer Engineering , Information Technology related discipline
• At least 3 years solid experience in IT system or networking testing, monitoring, installation
• Working knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing and Switching Configuration
• Self-motivated, result oriented, and good interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese/ Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Technical Support, IT
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP would be an advantage
