IT Support Engineer

The key roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

• < span> Responsible for desktop maintenance support, software installation, computer distribution, etc. for company users.

• Manage various IT-related equipment, such as printers, scanners, weak batteries, Laboratory IT equipment, video conferencing, etc.
• VIP Customer support and large conference support.
• Cooperate with network and server administrators to support network troubleshooting and server-related work.
• Responsible for IT asset management.
• Understand the various needs and pain points of colleagues, and provide training and rational suggestions.
• Support IT maintenance, relocation, new construction and other projects of other offices.
• Cooperate with superiors to follow up on various IT projects.

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required

• Full-time college degree or above, computer-related major.
• More than five years of relevant support experience.
• Be able to communicate simply in daily English and be proficient in reading and writing (spoken English is a must, oral Please do not apply if you cannot communicate).
• Hard-working, good service awareness, cheerful personality, willing to communicate with colleagues.
• Have a strong willingness to learn.
• Foreign company background is preferred.
• Able to adapt to occasional short-term business trips.
