IT Support Engineer

My client is now looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Office system availability and day-to-day operations including PCs, Servers, Printers, Network equipment, Software
• Support Users for PC, softawre and hardward related issues.
• Routine operation, e.g. webmeeting setup, inventory maintenance

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or relevant disciplines.
• 2 years of experience in IT support with experience in system administration 
• Understand networking including WiFi and Router setting.
• experience of support web meeting setup
• Knowledge of Linux will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a bonus.
