Job Description:

• Responsible for ERP system administration and technical support for HK, PRC and overseas users 
• Provide day-to-day support on related operation systems/ applications
• Investigate and resolve with vendors the issues reported by users
• Assist in organizing & coordinating IT’s activity
• Develop analysis reports based on user requirements
• Prepare ERP system document including training materials, user manual, routine system update plan & test report, etc.
• Testing of application features and customization
• Provide user training and support system rollout
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance after system rollout
• Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by the IT Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 3 years work experience in IT
• Must have hands-on experience in Epicor ERP systems application (Financial and Operation) and EDI System + Programming skills
• Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server administration, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
• Analytical, problem solving, coaching, facilitation and people management skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and accept challenges
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English 
• Occasionally travel to PRC
