Our IT Department oversees network, systems, and hardware support for our company across Hong Kong and the APAC region. Our dedicated technical team collaborates closely with users to ensure system stability. We deliver efficient and accurate solutions to both front-end and back-end users, ensuring seamless business operations.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting office user computers and providing shop support for various technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to office users, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems and assisting with system configurations
• Act as the primary point of contact for shop support, addressing and resolving computer-related issues, hardware and network connectivity concerns
• In the office support, conduct regular system maintenance, including software updates, security patches and hardware upgrades
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing computer systems and software effectively
• On call or on-site support for urgent cases during the holiday

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Microsoft related certificates & CCNA are preferable
• At least 3 years relevant experience in system support
• Advanced knowledge and experience in supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
