Junior Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of overseas projects and prepare reports to supervisor
• Provide administrative support to overseas project teams
• Handle QS matters including but not limited to variation orders, payment applications and claims.
• Liaise with local and overseas contractors and consultants
• Follow up any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in project coordination
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English 
• Proficient in using MS Office 
• Mature to work independently, well-organised, detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
