Laundry & Linen Supervisor

Major Responsibilities:

• Supervise all work delegated to subordinates and ensure all work complete on time and met hotel standards
• Fully inspect and proper record for all guest laundry received on day
• Follow up on all laundry returned from laundry company, perform quality check on all guest laundry prior return to guest
• Communicate on a daily and weekly basis on operational matters with subordinates and superiors
• Report shortcomings in the section operation
• Report any defective machinery within the section
• Ensure the production targets are met at all times

Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Responsible, well organized, strong leadership skill and a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PMS – Opera, HotSOS
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Clothes material understanding
