Responsibilities

1. Responsible for project management based on the needs of all parties in the ecosystem (experts/service providers, etc.), coordinate operations to achieve business goals, and be responsible for the results 2. Identify business strategy priorities, be responsible for conducting special merchant strategy training (anchors/lecturers, etc.), and achieve business goals through full-chain operations 3. Collaborate to build a merchant training brand, build an exchange platform for excellent experience, industry information, etc., and enhance the industry's voice and influence 4. Responsible for project resource coordination and organization, and communicate well with all parties in the project to ensure the achievement of collaborative goals 5. Responsible for multi-party research and analysis of the ecosystem, promote the output of high-quality content, and help improve the perspectives and cognition of multiple industries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant experience in merchant cultivation, project management, instructor operation, etc. 2. Experience in large-scale project coordination and full-link operation, and experience in the Internet industry is preferred 3. Strong system thinking, logical analysis, project management and work promotion capabilities 4. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-drive and responsibility, clear sense of goals and results-oriented 5. Strong sense of ownership, able to adapt to the work rhythm and style of Internet companies such as rapid development, business trips, simple and pragmatic, etc.
