Let’s Work Together

• Assist in preparing and organizing various legal documents
• Cross-check the tenancy agreements with the existing terms
• Legal translation of various terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.
• Assist in handling a full range of company secretarial duties and services as well as statutory compliance for listed and private companies
• Perform other administrative matters, clerical and various tasks as assigned

We Are Looking For

• Associate degree or above
• Minimum 1 year of in-house working experience, preferably company secretarial experience
• Good English and Chinese
• Basic knowledge of commercial laws and company secretarial work
• Good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
