Responsibility

• Perform Sales Order & EDI entries into company system.
• Inventory management and to ensure order fulfillment.
• Close work with Sales team & warehouse team for order delivery arrangement.
• Administrative support to ensure smooth office operation
• Full spectrum of office admin support and prepare ad-hoc duties
• Able to work independently, under pressure and with flexibility

Requirement

• F.5 Graduated or above.
• 2-3 years working experience in FMCG / trading is preferable.
• Experience gained from HKTV Mall, Tmall and JDS is preferable.
• Proficient in PC, Internet and MS Excel functions in Vlookup and Pivot Table is a MUST
• Familiar at SAP.
• Good command of verbal & written communication in English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Initiative, hardworking and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
