Logistics Supervisor

Qualifications & experience

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in office administration, with knowledge and experience in Logistics is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• and on experiences and knowledge in corporate ERP system and Logistics cycle is a plus
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Independent, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure

Tasks & responsibilities

• Procurement documents preparation such as: Purchase order, delivery note, debit note, invoice, packing list, quotation and delivery timelines
• Handling inbound shipping document
• Station both in Office and Warehouse for the inbound shipment QC check and review
• Arrange for the courier service pick-up and documents preparations
• Update and maintenance of system database
• Follow up delivery schedule and courier delivery to/from overseas
• Work closely with other departments to follow up logistics processes
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
