Logistics Supervisor

Major Job Accountabilities：

1. Manage the approval and signing of essential import/export documents like contracts and invoices.
2. Collaborate closely with logistics service providers to ensure efficient and accurate logistics operations.
3. Monitor daily operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, value-added services, returns, and system updates.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
5. Resolve shipment-related issues by liaising with vendors, forwarders, and 3PL logistics service providers.
6. Implement and utilize logistics management systems or software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
7. Perform inventory, transportation and tax management for wine, and conduct regular analysis as needed.
8. Take a focal communication role with internal supply chain and Hong Kong finance to process the ad task and issues.
9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor 's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures.
4. Self-motivated, well-organized, ability to work under pressure & a good team member.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technology.
8. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
