Job Description - Management Trainee

Responsibilities


  • To understand the whole operation process and work flow of various departments

  • Assist the department head in daily operations including but not limited to report writing, analyzing business data, keep track of business revenue, market research for fabric trends, drafting of policy, goal setting and allocation of budget 

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as schedule meetings and maintain meeting documentation such as meeting minutes, backlogs, and prepare presentation materials

  • To coordinate with merchandising department, China and Offshore factories for fabric orders

  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by department head

Requirements


  • Degree or above

  • Attention to details with analytical mindset

  • Independent as well as a team player

  • Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
