Job Description - Manager, Human Resources & Administration

Job Description

Support to manage full spectrum of Human Resources services covering the employment life cycle with focus on talent acquisition, on boarding & off-boarding, implementation of HR policies, C&B Management, and other HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment including from understanding the hiring needs, screening resumes, interview candidates, job offering to on-boarding arrangement, visa application and renewal
  • Conduct data analytics and provide market insights to review the recruitment practice and sourcing effective tools
  • Support functional leaders in all talent management activities including performance management, training and career development
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify our competency gap and develop development plan in support of the company’s business plan and people strategies
  • Assist in the review, development and implementation of company policies / procedures pertaining to the Human Resources & Administration function as well as the review of workflow and make recommendations for continuous enhancement
  • Supervise a junior to provide all round office support including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables, office renovation, facilities maintenance and etc.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Over 10 years' experience in HR Management, preferably gained from sizable firm
  • Well versed in both Hong Kong and China's regulatory
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio 
  • Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders
  • Detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player with positive, proactive and flexible in approach, strong capability in problem-solving and drive for excellence
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Work location in Tai Po, shuttle bus will be provided from Kowloon Tong and Tai Po Market Station
