Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project’s P&L, provide regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and management team
• Supervise the daily warehouse operations of dispatching, receiving, sorting and inventory control.
• Monitor logistics process, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment to achieve KPIs of the warehouse
• Rationalize the layout and management of the warehouse, plan the storage space and methods of goods, and adjust the position
• Responsible for related warehouse reports and maintain accurate stock in/out records
• Handle ad hoc duties, continuous improvement as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in warehouse operations with minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory level; working experience in 3PL / Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry; subcontractor management is an add valued 
• Able to make sound judgments and decisions, can handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility
• Demonstrate strong leaderships with self-motivated, problem-solving abilities and a “hands on” mentality
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
