Manager, Sales Operations

Job Duties:

• Provide case management support on insurance application and servicing
• Liaise between Life Operations and frontline sales on new business especially HNW cases
• Provide assistance to frontline sales colleagues and partners when complicated issues occurred and speedily resolve the issues together to ensure a smooth experience to our business partners and customers during the business submission and post sales services
• Closely follow through pre-underwrite and pending cases for business partners
• Communicate with business partners to resolve issues occurred during the business submission and post sales services
• Handle and monitor on sales support duties such as sales reporting, incentives calculation and reporting, marketing material distribution, event organizations and system UAT
• Handle phone & written enquiry from business partners
• Assist on sales support duties such as sales reporting, marketing material distribution, event organisation and system UAT when necessary
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 10 years relevant working experiences in case management and underwriting support in life business in the insurance industry
• Good insurance product and operations knowledge
• Independent, responsible, hard-working with good interpersonal skill and as a good team player
• Proactive with good problem-solving skills and attentive to details
• Can do positive attitude and willing to learn mentality
• Willingness to help and customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good knowledge on Microsoft work processing application such as excel, word and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
