• Award winning brand owner, manufacturer, retailer, online store & e-Commerce business
• We design, develop & produce our own lifestyle brand mobile accessories, consumer electronic, smart home appliances & iOT products for HK and global market
• Main products : wireless charger, screen protector, USB with LED display, travel adapter, wireless charging power bank, air purifier, smart dehumidifier, wireless charging desk lamp..etc 
• We are looking for Marketing Director - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Lead Marketing team to develop and execute both offline/ digital marketing and social media strategies and plans including the implementation of digital initiatives in website, social media, SEO/ SEM, EDM and other digital platform to achieve aggressive business growth and digital acquisition objectives 
• Establish marketing goals and objectives and developing and managing the marketing budget
• Collecting data on market trends and customer buying habits to guide marketing efforts
• Staying up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies and techniques
• Plan and organise marketing functions to align campaigns with the company’s brand image and voice
• Establish digital brand presence, digital CRM program, drive traffic and brand visibility in online marketing platform and social media to drive customer engagement
• Evaluate effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns with performance/ analysis reports (google/digital analytics, social media/competitive research and web behavior analysis) with targeting to maximize ROI of various marketing activities and to achieve KPIs
• Continuously review new technologies and keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing 
• Ongoing provide marketing insights and explore opportunities to cope with business growth
• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Communication, Marketing, e- Commerce, Brand Management, Business Administration or other related discipline is preferred 
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and brand management capacity 
• Proven experience in managing and driving website development and executing digital campaigns 
• Experience in consumer electronics goods, IoT home appliance goods & retail products is an advantage 
• Experience in manage crowdfunding & online shop is essential 
• Keep updating the knowledge of digital marketing related technologies, tactics and practices 
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Passion in consumer electronics, digital marketing, online store & eCommerce
