Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow through the planning, budget control, execution and logistic arrangements of various types of marketing events including conferences, exhibitions & etc.
- Manage corporate communications channels and update newsfeed including but not limit to corporate website and corporate social media accounts, etc.
- Develop various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, content development to layout design
- Demonstrate forward thinking and openness to new ideas in charting future course of the best practices
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic conceptual skill with acute marketing sense and high attention to detail
- Prepare quality editorial contents such as corporate promotional items & etc.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experiences in advertising/digital/marketing agency
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- Proficient in utilizing AI and automation tools
- Brilliant skillset in operating social media accounts with sound knowledge in graphic design
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Able to work independently & under pressure within tight deadline
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Immediately available or short notice would be an advantage
