Job Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and follow through the planning, budget control, execution and logistic arrangements of various types of marketing events including conferences, exhibitions & etc.
• Manage corporate communications channels and update newsfeed including but not limit to corporate website and corporate social media accounts, etc.
• Develop various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, content development to layout design
• Demonstrate forward thinking and openness to new ideas in charting future course of the best practices
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic conceptual skill with acute marketing sense and high attention to detail
• Prepare quality editorial contents such as corporate promotional items & etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years related experiences in advertising/digital/marketing agency
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
• Proficient in utilizing AI and automation tools
• Brilliant skillset in operating social media accounts with sound knowledge in graphic design
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, self-motivated and detail-minded 
• Able to work independently & under pressure within tight deadline
• Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
• Immediately available or short notice would be an advantage
