Medical Purchasing Manager

Job Responsibilities

① Under the leadership of the dean, organize and implement the hospital's medical equipment, medicines, medical consumables, instruments, administrative logistics materials and outsourcing service providers Introduction, review and procurement work
②According to hospital operation and management requirements, responsible for implementing performance management and regular assessment of various suppliers
③Responsible for summarizing and reviewing the procurement needs submitted by various departments and departments , formulate corresponding procurement plans, and arrive on schedule to meet demand
④ Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and partial repairs of medical equipment in the hospital, reduce and control equipment failure rates, increase service life, ensure medical quality, and improve Economic benefits
⑤Responsible for the centralized management and reasonable distribution of general equipment throughout the hospital to improve equipment usage efficiency
⑥Responsible for establishing and improving archives of various instruments and equipment, and collecting and filing various maintenance records in a timely manner
⑦Responsible for formulating various equipment management systems and implementing scientific and standardized equipment management
⑧Following up clinical needs, collecting and formulating equipment use training demand plans, and organizing personnel to implement on-site guidance or training
>⑨Complete other matters assigned by the leadership of the hospital.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than 10 years of supply chain management experience, including at least 3 years of hospital supply chain management experience , more than 2 years of team management experience
Required majors: graduates in supply chain, clinical medicine and other related majors

2. Have good communication skills and be cost-conscious
3. Have a wide range of supplier resources such as medical drugs and medical equipment
