Merchant Governance Operations

Responsibilities

1. Douyin and Dongchedi Integration: Collaboratively promote the integration of Douyin and Dongchedi used car merchant source governance projects, follow up on the company's strategic requirements, undertake the review of Douyin merchants' entry into the vehicle source listing task, and formulate Douyin merchant source management rules 2. Merchant Governance: Responsible for the risk governance of used car merchants/sources on the Douyin/Dongchedi platform, discover and deeply explore the problems and risk points of platform merchants/sources, formulate governance strategy standards, enhance users' car buying experience, and improve the health of the platform ecology 3. Strategic Planning: Take charge of the implementation of departmental governance planning, and be responsible for key tasks such as product promotion, project management, and business process optimization based on governance business needs. Be able to find business pain points through data and cases and provide solutions 4. Project Management: Carry out project management work internally according to governance needs, and regularly summarize and analyze projects effectively organize audit and business personnel, coordinate resources between departments, supervise project implementation, and control project progress, quality, and cost 5. System Construction: Participate in the establishment of a data indicator system, be able to effectively coordinate resources, be responsible for data results, monitor core indicators, take timely response strategies for related risks, continuously monitor and optimize the effectiveness of strategies, and improve the balance between risks and experience.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, engaged in the used car industry for more than 3 years, understand the business model of car dealers buying and selling cars, understand the business model of merchants on short video platforms have experience in platform merchant operations, have experience in platform governance, risk control, rules, merchant management and other positions, and have experience in merchant governance on platforms such as Douyin. 2. Have good project management ability and driving force, be good at integrating internal and external resources, be good at thinking and reflection, and have strong logical ability, organizational coordination, overall planning, and execution 3. Have good data analysis ability, familiar with Excel, SQL, Python and other data processing tools are preferred.
