MIS Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sizeable IT projects with regional office from planning to deployment
• Develop strategic plans for the Management and enhancement of IT capabilities to facilitate achievement of company goals and objectives
• Work with external vendors on new system implementations or enhancement throughout the whole project cycle and other execution
• Review existing and new business processes, identify opportunities & issues, specify business requirements to achieve operation and cost efficiency
• Monitor IT services delivery, supervise and manage the operations of MIS Department

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 8 years relevant experience, with significant experience working in retail or fashion industry
• Hands-on experience in applications development and integration of core applications and B2C project
• Solid experience in System design, Programming & Development, Data Management especially MSSQL and CEGID Y2
• Good knowledge in network security, data analysis, systems & servers support
• Self-motivated, strong business sense and with good project management, presentation, communication, and people management skills
• Proactive & well-organized, be able to lead a team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills
