Nursing Position (J)

Job Responsibilities

1. Daily care: responsible for medication, injection, infusion, treatment and cooperating with doctors in dressing changes and other medical work, keeping the dispensing room clean and tidy, and placing items in an orderly manner
2. Disinfection and isolation: responsible for the safekeeping of injection supplies and various disinfection packages in the treatment room, regularly check whether sterile supplies are expired and replace them in time, and be responsible for the disinfection of the dispensing room and disposal room
3. Checking medical orders: assisting the head of the nursing department to check medical orders, and nurses shall check medical orders before, during and after executing medical orders, implementing nursing and treatment. Ensure patient safety and prevent errors and accidents
4. Drug management: responsible for the collection, storage, verification, placement and distribution of drugs, regular inspection of drug quality, timely treatment and replenishment
5. Medical waste treatment: nursing staff classify and collect medical waste, and carefully check the packaging or containers of medical waste to ensure that there is no damage, leakage or other defects
6. Administrative work: responsible for the reception of department elders, department cashier registration, statistics and classification of elder data, and proficient operation of HIS system, health management system, social security system, and elderly care management system
7. Continuing education: review and consolidate basic nursing theories, basic knowledge, and basic skills. Participate in nutrition management, health management and other related professional or other professional lectures, conference exchanges, study classes, seminars, etc. to improve their own professional level
8. Health management: regular visits and physical sign measurements of the elderly, assist health managers in implementing related services and tests on the elderly's diet, nutrition, exercise, and guidance, and regularly report the results of various tests.

Qualifications

Education: College or technical school
Work experience:
Experience in related departments, 2 years of work experience in a tertiary hospital is preferred 2 years of work experience or more
Required major: Nursing
Other requirements: Nursing qualification certificate, those with regular training certificate are preferred
Language requirements: Unlimited
