Officer - Deposit Operations

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily counter transactions including deposits, cheque clearing etc.
• Handle time deposit transactions including new, rollover and uplift
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring all daily operations performed related matters of deposits and cashier
• Review Fax Banking transactions; Manage Fax Banking reporting & pending documents
• Perform Drill test for HKICL
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or related discipline
• With at least 4 – 6 years’ solid experience in deposit operations, experience in FPS, IVS will be a plus
• Good team player with strong communication skill and detail-oriented personality
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediately available is definitely an advantage
