• Support routine ATM card and Credit card operations, ensuing accurate and timely processing.
• Assisting in ad hoc projects, clerical task and admin work.
• Handle enquires from internal and external parties
• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with experience in banking operations.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
