Officer - Settlement & Corporate Action

The Company

Our client is a leading retirement solutions and asset servicing provider.

The Role

• Manage and oversee all aspects of equities settlement operations
• Follow up with fund houses and custodians to resolve settlement and/or corporate action related issues
• Conduct price feeds of Equities, Fixed Incomes and Funds by collecting information from service providers and performing price data input
• Perform reconciliation to ensure securities and cash records are consistent with those of custodians
• Monitor UAT test cases and performing UAT testing according to the pre-defined test cases

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in settlement operations, preferably in the financial services industry
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT messages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
