Officer/Senior Officer, Order Administration

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years’ sales administration experience
• Experience in toys/retail/consumer goods is preferred
• Experience in handling major US accounts or international accounts
• Experience in preparation of toy fair and quote sheet is preferable
• Proficient in computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill
• Team player but also able to work independently and proactively
• Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Officer
