DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a leading accounts receivable management company in Hong Kong, serving a wide array of esteemed clients across banking, virtual banking, financial, securities brokerage, insurance, property agency, telecommunications, logistics, and other sectors. They are currently in search of a dynamic Operation Administration Officer to join their team. If you possess a passion for administrative operations and meet the outlined qualifications and skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake various tasks including managing corporate clients' reports and debit notes, handling internal reports for performance analysis, and more.
  • Responsible for consolidating information and processing data efficiently.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a Higher Diploma or above in General Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Key Account handling or reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel; familiarity with VLOOKUP and Pivot Table is advantageous.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen numerical sense.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
