Responsibilities: - Work with retail / operation manager and oversee store operation processes and procedures, aligning with advance business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visit and follow up all the execution are up to standard.
- Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of shop operations and new store / event / pop up store opening.
- Coordinate with other departments for shop operation and management
- Perform ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
- Prefer 1 year solid operations experiences in Retail /FMCG industry;
- Hands-on experience in Retail Operations will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- A good team player, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn and sensitive in numbering;
- Independent and able to work under pressure;
-Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Operation Executive;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
