Operation Officer (Retail)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operation of designated centres are kept at Group's standard
• Provide support to achieve the customer service satisifactionary objective
• New Centre set-up and provide support in commencing new services
• Work proactively and efficiently with Centre In-charge and relevant parties to develop, review and enforce frontline policies, guidelines & operations procedures
• Conduct regular on-site visits and provide training to frontline staff when ncessary 
• Support ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline
• At least 3 years administrative experience, operations experience in monitoring retail shops is an advantage
• Good people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
• Proactive, responsible and with a sense of ownership
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
