Operation Officer, Security

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for daily liaison and project execution in security technology to ensure quality assurance and adherence to regulatory protocols
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal parties to ensure the timely delivery of security projects
• Prepare reports / meeting minutes and assist with budget management, contract administration, and performance monitoring of security technology projects
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to support continuous operational improvement
• Provide administrative support for members in Security Section
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree / higher diploma with minimum 2 years' relevant work experience will also be considered
• Working experience in airport operations, business development or related fields is preferred
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and capable of working independently with a service-oriented mindset
• Open-minded individual with good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua being an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Holding a valid HK driving license would be an advantage
