Job Description - Operational Legal Affairs

Job Responsibilities

1. Contract management: Regularly inspect and supervise the signing and performance of contracts, track the performance of major contracts, summarize and analyze the performance of contracts, and provide opinions
2. Legal document review: review contracts, bidding documents, and regulations Review and revise legal documents such as systems and systems to ensure their legality, accuracy, and completeness
3. Legal risk management: Participate in the company's legal risk management project to complete the handling of the company's various legal affairs and avoidance of legal risks and other work
4. Corporate governance: Participate in the corporate governance of the company and provide legal opinions for decision-making on major matters
5. Legal dispute handling: Participate in the handling of company litigation and disputes, or contact external professional institutions for handling
6. Legal support: Provide legal consultation to various departments of the company collect the latest legal and regulatory information and key policies in the industry, and propose solutions to potential problems based on the company's situation
7. Legal knowledge training and consultation: Responsible for the company's internal legal knowledge training providing necessary legal knowledge training and business-related legal consultation to corporate managers and ordinary employees
8. Others: Complete temporary work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Pass the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and obtain legal qualifications
2. More than two years of working experience in the legal department of a large enterprise, with extensive work experience in the company's legal field.
Required majors: civil and commercial law, economic law and other legal majors
Other requirements: 1. Have strong communication and expression skills
2. Strong organizational, communication, coordination and promotion abilities and stress resistance
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team awareness, integrity, integrity, and good professional ethics.
Language requirements: College English level 6 or above, with certain listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
