Operations Administration Assistant / Executive

 

Job Specifications:

• Assists in managing all aspects of retail operations administration tasks (including procurement, printing, repair & maintenance, and insurance, etc.) for stores in HK and Macau.
• Supports new store opening, renovation, and reinstatement projects
• Assists in preparing monthly reports and statistics for presentation and analysis
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

•  Secondary Graduate or above.
•  At least 1-year relevant experience. Retail industry is an advantage.
•  Good PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•  Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
•  A team player with positive and detailed mindset.
•  Willing to learn and able to work independently.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Proficiency in communication of both English and Putonghua.
•  Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Admin. Ops. Executive.
