Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

1 , Continuously monitor business indicators, regularly output monthly, weekly and daily operational reports, provide interpretations of business progress, promptly discover problems and locate causes, and give strategic suggestions 2. Responsible for the construction and improvement of the data analysis system, mining traffic, products, Strategic commercial monetization opportunities drive commercial business development 3. Pay attention to the latest developments in the industry, continuously monitor industry product, business and strategic development trends, and conduct phased benchmarking analysis to conduct industry development trends and next-stage business opportunities. Conduct research, judgment and interpretation, assist industry leaders in formulating and optimizing strategic directions, and assist in promoting strategy implementation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, overseas background is preferred 2. Data sensitive, clear logic, Strong business understanding, able to obtain business insights from data, and clearly understand business priorities and conditions 3. Excellent information collection, data analysis, report writing and structured analytical thinking skills, able to form clear business views 4. Communication Strong ability, ability to promote projects ability to think deeply and be sensitive to new things sense of responsibility, execution ability and teamwork spirit.
