Operations Associate, Payments

Our client is a growing fintech B2B services company. They are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily transactions reconciliations (20+ currencies).
• Review and validate inward and outward transactions on a daily basis, dealing with multiple currencies' funds streams.
• Track and escalate high-risk transactions, manage atypical transactions, trouble shoot.
• Work with different banks and payment platforms.

Role requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations / Settlements / Payments processing etc.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong attention to details, ability to stay focused and growth mindset.
