Responsibilities:

• Support new cafe openings for F&B operations, including branding proposition, menu development, service flow and standard, policy set up and delivering training, etc;
• Oversee daily operations and manage the bakery Café operations, plan and implement sales strategies and promotions to cope with the vision and target of the Company;
• Monitor process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control;
• Motivate frontline staff to provide excellent customer service;
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors;
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent is an advantage;
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the F&B industry, with 3 years at the supervisory level;
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and a strong passion for the F&B industry;
• Possesses foresight in seeking out business opportunities;
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking;
• Excellent leadership skills with good communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager.
